Defective items will be replaced with the same item within 30 days of purchase. If the same item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. 2 year product replacement plans are available from $4.99.

Manufacturers warranties are accompanied by a 7 day xs cargo warranty. The same conditions as the 30 day warranty apply. After 7 days, the customer must deal with the manufacturer / service agent directly.

All warranty returns require product in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and a valid sales receipt.
