A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card or Cash as payment on merchandise.
(please note: TO PREVENT FRAUD, if a credit card will not swipe into our Point of Sale system we cannot accept it and the customer must pay for the goods with alternative methods.)

Q. DO YOU ALLOW PURCHASES ONLINE AT xscargo.com?
A. No, currently you must visit one of our stores to purchase merchandise, our website is for information purposes.

Q. WHAT ARE THE "COMPARE AT" PRICES BASED UPON?
A. XS Cargo shops other retailers to determine the price for the same or comparably featured product. If we are unable to find a competitive price our comparison is the manufacturer suggested retail price.

Q. WHAT DOES "REFURBISHED" MEAN?
A. Refurbished products are products that have been returned to the manufacturer. These products are inspected, serviced as necessary and repackaged. Refurbished products are guaranteed to meet original manufacturer specifications.

Q. HOW DO I IDENTIFY "REFURBISHED" PRODUCTS?
A. We note these products in our advertisements as "refurbished" in the item description, on store signage, the product packaging and your sales receipt.

Q. DOES XS Cargo ONLY SELL REFURBISHED PRODUCTS?
A. No, over 80% of the products XS Cargo sells are brand new first quality products from manufacturers close-outs, cancelled orders, package changes, factory over-runs, and bankruptcy stock.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
A.Some products carry a manufacturer's or distributors warranty. Other products have a warranty from XS Cargo. Defective items will be replaced with the same item within 30 days of purchase. If the same item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. 2 year product replacement plans are available from $4.99. Manufacturers warranties are accompanied by a 7 day xs cargo warranty. The same conditions as the 30 day warranty apply. After 7 days, the customer must deal with the manufacturer / service agent directly. All warranty returns require product in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and a valid sales receipt.

Q. DOES XS cargo offer any franchising opportunities?
A. At this time, we are not entertaining franchising options.
